its incredible the way some ppl can be, -_- that kind of behavior will always be very stupid to me, sorry to hear you have to deal with that Nemo

I'm having a bit of trouble with my dog lately...

When we first got her she was a stray and we 'literally' took her off the streets. We've had her for about 4-5 maybe more years and during those times she has NEVER had any behavioral problems.

But lately for the past year she's been acting up. By that I mean she 'does her business' on the floor anywhere there's carpet every single day more than once (and guess who cleans it?). That, and whenever I call her with her name she doesn't respond to me (instead she'll do nothing or walk away).

Whenever we couldn't find her, we'd ring the doorbell and she'd run out of her hiding place to the front door so we could do what we wanted (take her out for a walk, go to vet, that stuff...) Now when I ring the bell she doesn't come at all..

Also whenever I try to pet her she acts real skittish, even earlier today I tried to and she yipped at me and ran off... *sighs*

Help?

hm... I don't know really if i can help you on this point, because i never had a dog, but i have cats...

You said that she ran off when you tried to approch her ? ==> maybe she is sick

Yeah that's what my mom said about her, but thanks.

i think you know you should take her to the vet, hopefully its nothing to worry about and its easy to fix.

Johny has right, for now, it's the better solution, but i think that you thinked already to that, not ?

Yeah, I've had to badger my mom about getting her an appointment with the vet.

Stress stress stress... so much fucking stress everywhere.... *hides in box*

Aside from the stress, my dog Maggie is doing a bit better. Only thing that bothers me is my mom fails to realize how serious her condition is/could've been >>;

Stress is a funny thing. Personally, I deal with it badly.

Do you worry much? Does your mind ever get tangled in a web of thoughts that seem to go nowhere and only give you further worries? I believe thoughts only exist in the future and in the past. Never in the now. They just concern things you have done or things you await to do.

Perhaps, just trying to live in the now, take one thing at the time and not think so much, can reduce stress? It's a self therapy I attempt to work out for myself these days.

I'm just stressed about a forum I'm assistant admin of, but I'm not gonna get into that here.

Yeah I do worry quite a lot and my mind does get tangled up. I like the way you think, it sounds pretty darn accurate.

I'm glad people can relate. Means I'm not insane.

just chill out really. Not think more than necessary. Take one thing at the time. Live in the now. No dwelling.

Oi, I was wondering... does anybody know where logic has gone?

Because yesterday on my deviantART, a so called friend (Doom) of mine had called me out/flamed me in one of her journals... simply because I agreed with ANOTHER friend (Celine).

Cause Doom was upset that someone stole her 'picture' idea so I told her you cannot copyright picture ideas. She seemed to understood and left me alone afterwards.

But then Celine makes a pic saying basically you can't copyright a picture idea. And I said I agreed with her and even told Doom that.... then for some reason Doom makes that journal flaming me.. all because I agreed with someone's OPINION? oO;
