| I've been following the situation over Sparky's board like.. Always. I just don't bother getting into it, but damn, that board is messed up. What's with people who can't read? Or who can't respect people's opinions? Geez.. O__o So, I kinda wanted to say that I'm gonna be more active here than there, since there's all this stupid drama stuff me no likes :3 Well.. Can't say I didn't see it coming, since people don't change  Especially if they keep telling like million times how sorry they are and then act like they're all innocent and do it again :3 I'll quote Dr. House "Everybody lies." | All the things you listed are excately the reason why I left too...those and the fact that the 'leader' of the forum keeps giving staff powers to people who either haven't earned it or have a history of abusing power,there's no sense of responsibility there. | |

| Personally I still prefere the Sparky board if only for its Proboards formatting. Of all the 101 boards I've been on since old #10 back in 2002, this one is by far the most confusing. The find new posts feature is really wacked, just scrolling the top 5 most recently updated topics instead of just showing the 10 newest posts no matter where they may be.
The little "maximum number of characters" feature Sparky added to his about a year ago really helps when making extended posts. it was a real pain to port my FanFic "Eyes of the Beholder" to this site because I couldn't figure out how large a post I could make.
Just personally taste, but I don't like the drab gray and black color scheme. Granted it is a little easier to read for extended periods of time than say Raiden's black with red text buy it's just a boring, uninveiting look. |
