Is it because not many people comment on your work? Cause i'd be willing to comment on them, but we normally discuss what i think about them on msn. =/

However, i would comment otherwise if you like.

It's that, i post it for know your opinion on it, and i have NO comment. I post comment in all galerys ! all gallerys are commented but not my gallery

well, it's long to prepare a post and if nobody is interested by my pics, i stop to post it and you will can see it only on my DA account or on MSN with me...

You and me both have the same problem, don't think you're the only one....

CAuse I get little to no comments whenever I post my work on here or Sparky's.

As for comments, I usually just comment on your dA since you post the pics in multiple places, and I don't like having to comment on the same piece over and over.

heh.. tell me about it.. XP.. i used to do introductions to my pics, but the same happened.. no one paid attention to it... thats why i started to practice more and write less things about them.. to let the works express it.. X3..

I believe is for the sake of getting better.. but some people just don't like critics about their pics.. if you want i can give you some critics about them ^-^

But I have a simple solution for your 'problem" on deviantART. I noticed that you tend to post a lot of pictures at once. From my experience, if you do that, people are more likely to comment on only ONE of the pictures instead of all of them like you.. and me desperately want.

So my suggestion, is maybe only do one picture a day.

Plus there's the fact that you are JUST STARTING OUT. People just starting are more likely to not get many comments at all on their pictures.

Just because people don't comment on your art doesn't mean they don't like it per-say. I've posted pics on dA where I've gotten nothing but faves and vase-versa...usually because people see them in so many places like here, Furaffinity, and Sparky's and they don't feel like commenting on the same thing over and over.

That said,we all really enjoy looking at your art.Some of us might not be too keen into commenting on them,but that doesn't mean we don't like it

Wait, wasn't there some issue on a bunch of your pictures about you being Gay for Sayin Jamie, or something like that? And then you defended it based off the fact that it was JUST a picture? I thought you got comments...

If your gonna base your personal self worth on what others think of you, and how many comments you get on pictures, I have some very VERY helpful advice.

the other way you can do is to draw things that other people would like to see... honestly there's not that much "macro/micro" fans in DeviantArt.. but if you put something more of their like, then you might get more comments.. ^^

that and people also like a lot of cute things and detailed images.. try practicing more and improvise your style of drawing ^^.. that can work for the sake of the comments..

Pretty much what Sip said. Plus there's also not a lot of Dalmatians fans on the internet except here and Sparky's, but only a select few have accounts on other art sites.

The only reason I get quite a few comments (not a lot but maybe 10-20 average) on dA is because I used to draw Pokemon Fanart a lot. Now let's see.. there's at least a 1000 times more fans of Pokemon than 101 Dalmatians fans.

You could also try some original works, and this is NOT your character Olwe or the other dalmatians. Try making up a story, with a fresh new character. Maybe about a Bulldog named Terry who's trying to find his way home, etc...

should they comment the same pic 2 times with the same comment?

yeah, its ok if you do, and I can understand you, if you draw pics to show them to the others, and they don't comment at it

People want to see teir characters drawed, and then they would post some sites, try it

i know that but i must do pics that others want see just for have comments =/...

people just see what they want to see
and if they don't see something have to do with them, they aren't interested much into it

I can't become more talented if nobody give his opinion
